Our mission is to promote rigorous research, critical thinking, and evidence-based analysis of competition law and policy issues, both domestically and internationally. We bring together scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders from various fields, including law, economics, political science, business, and others, to foster collaboration and exchange of ideas.
At CRCLP, we undertake research on a wide range of topics related to competition law and policy, including market power, antitrust enforcement, regulatory policy, consumer protection, and innovation. We aim to produce high-quality research that is relevant, timely, and impactful, and to disseminate our findings through various channels, including academic publications, policy briefs, conferences, and seminars.
In addition to research, we also offer training and education programs on competition law and policy, with the goal of building capacity and promoting best practices among regulators, competition authorities, and other stakeholders. We also engage in policy advocacy and public outreach, seeking to inform and shape the public debate on competition issues.
Our team comprises experienced researchers, scholars, and practitioners with expertise in competition law and policy, as well as related fields. We are committed to excellence, integrity, and openness in our work, and to creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.
