The CRCL blog is run by the Centre for Research in Competition Law and Policy. The Centre is a student-run body with an aim of innovative academic research and writing and contributing to the development of legal literature in the sphere of Competition Law and Policy. Operating within one of the top law schools of the nation, the Centre strives to offer all students and other enthusiasts interested in Competition Law and Policy a wide range of opportunities to refine practical abilities, improve comprehension, and broaden the relevance of the field. It provides a platform where top academicians, practitioners, students, and scholars engage and share ideas on the relevant and upcoming issues in the domain of Competition Law and Policy.

It further operates with the objective of engaging with government officials, attorneys, policymakers, regulators, and researchers in exchange for ideas and a capacity-building process. While offering an advisory solution on related issues to stakeholders, the Centre aims to work with the Competition Commission of India, other Government Agencies, Universities,  and Professional Organisations to expand the scope of academic endeavour and to advocate the cause of Competition Law and Policy outside the academic field.

For the CRCLP blog and news posts, we invite submissions from students and practitioners on issues relevant to the areas of research on policy, institutional, legal and regulatory issues relating to competition law and policy in India.
