Submission Guidelines for Authors

Thank you for considering submitting your work to our Blog! We welcome contributions from legal scholars, practitioners, and researchers for potential publication. To ensure a smooth submission and review process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. General Guidelines:
  • All submissions must be original and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The work should be well-researched, with proper citations and references.
  • The author(s) must not mention their name(s), college/firm, address or any other information that may indicate their identity, in the document submitted.
  • Co-authorship is permitted up to 2 authors.
  • The submission must be between 800-1500 words. Posts falling below or beyond this range will be considered depending upon the editor’s discretion.
  1. Manuscript Format:
  • Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) only.
  • The text should be in Times New Roman font, size 12, with Alignment: Justified and Line Spacing: 1.5.
  • Use footnotes for citations, following the OSCOLA (Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities) Citing and Referencing Style.
  • Maintain a uniform citation style throughout the document.
  1. Main Text:
  • The main text should be well-structured with clear headings and subheadings.
  • Make sure to provide an introduction, analysis, discussion, and conclusion where applicable.
  • Illustrative examples, case studies, or relevant data can strengthen your arguments.
  1. Submission Process:
  • All submissions for the Blog must be uploaded via the Google Form (https://forms.gle/mgAQfmkKEgbYP34bA). Kindly DO NOT send submissions via email.
  • Authors must provide details, including their full name and affiliation, a link to their online profile page in the above google form.
  1. Review Process:
  • All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by our editorial board.
  • The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit, change, shorten and add to your article for the original edition and for any subsequent revision along with the right to republish the article as part of an anthology in later years: provided that the meaning of the text is not materially altered.
  • The review process may take several weeks, and authors will be notified of the outcome via email.
  1. Copyright and Permissions:
  • By submitting your manuscript, you grant us the right to publish it in both print and online formats.
